Thursdays, May 2nd and ends July 25th (no class on July 4) 6:00-7:15 pm (ages 10-1 7)

A 12 week Special Olympics Wellness challenge to provide a better understanding of how healthy living can change your body with the proper nutrition and exercise. This unique program will address fitness, nutrition, emotional, and social components for a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Directed by Kathy Smith, CTRS and Michael Kaufman, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist
