Kids On The Go (“KOTG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a pediatric non-profit program dedicated to providing children with special needs, aged 3 to 17, with physical, occupational, speech, and recreational therapies during both summer months and the school year. Our mission is to recognize and facilitate the goals of children with special needs and to further develop their current skills through therapeutic and wellness programs for the children and their families. We strive to provide a safe environment that fosters opportunities for growth, inclusion, and provides valuable resources for our community.

This Privacy Policy outlines how Kids On The Go collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the Kids On The Go website (our “Site”) and in connection with our programs, services, and operations. This policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Kids On The Go.

    Kids On The Go collects and uses Users’ personal information for the following purposes:
    • To Operate and Improve Our Programs: To enroll children in our therapeutic and wellness programs, tailor experiences to meet unique needs, and foster holistic child development.
    • To Process Donations: To process your generous donations, provide receipts, and acknowledge your contributions. Your support directly impacts a child’s progress.
    • To Manage Volunteers: To process volunteer applications, onboard new team members, and manage volunteer activities.
    • To Communicate With You: To respond to your inquiries, questions, and other requests via the “Contact Us” form or other means. This includes sending important updates about programs, scholarships, and events.
    • To Send Periodic Emails: We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their involvement with KOTG. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests.

    • To Ensure Safety: To create a safe environment for all participants and staff in our programs.

For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13. Our programs are designed for children aged 3-17, and information collected about children is strictly for the purpose of their participation in our therapeutic programs and is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
