This well-rounded cooking class will focus on learning to make tasty and healthy dishes. The goal is to empower kids so they have confidence to cook for themselves and with their family. Chef James is one of the chefs at The Charlevoix in Grosse Pointe Park. When teaching young students overseas and at Waldorf Schools, Chef James applied basic techniques to an eclectic palette.
